    For appointment services, you can book Tues-Sat. 9:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Closed Sun-Mon.

    Please do not book any hair services for the 6 p.m. slots. You will see them open to help me accommodate my 5 p.m. evening clients. Consultations only can be booked for 6 p.m. slots. 5 p.m. slots will be honored for evening appointments. I work up until 7 p.m.

    Attention potential clients:
    For security purposes, location confirmations for my residential salon will be sent out at least 48 hrs. or sooner prior to your appointment. You will receive a reminder 24 hours before you schedule appointment. Client addresses are required before booking, P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

    Note: Same-day appointments are available, must book 4 hours in advance. It is recommended that you book at least 1 wk. in advance at a minimum Slots fill fast, confirmations are sent via e-mail and or text. The address for the location is sent via e-mail.

    *No minors under 10.
    *Rebook fee $15 if initial appointment is missed on the day of and needs to be rescheduled. 50% of the service will be invoiced to you if you miss your appointment. The rebooking fee is not included in the price and is non-refundable.
    *No refunds on beauty supplies, hair products, accessories, or cosmetics.
    *No call, no show, no rebook, accounts will be notated accordingly.
    *If there are no openings please sign up on the waiting list via the website.
    * No refunds on deposits. If you need to cancel the same day after you booked and do not reschedule, you are entitled to a refund.
    *If you reschedule 2 times and do not show up on the last rescheduled appointment, your deposit is forfeited and you'll be sent an invoice for 50% of the service to be charged.
